Great serving sizes and flavor. The ambience is just what you can expect for a tapas place. All the tapas came out super fast, tasted very fresh and were just the right amount. The complementary bread was also very good. Looking forward to trying the paella here next! Definitely recommend stopping by.

With a reservation on a Saturday night, we were seated right away and food started coming out quickly! The paella takes 30 minutes to cook so we ordered it right away with our drink order. Everything was fantastic and the portions for the price were solid for the US. For four people, we each picked two tapas and shared one paella, and that was the perfect amount of food. Stand-outs of the evening were the paella, muscles - they were so delicious that we even took the leftover sauce home with us - tuna, and croquets.

I’ll be honest, I was nervous about trying this place because I’ve never had Spanish cuisine before. My husband wanted to come here. Wow, I’m so glad I stepped outside of my comfort zone because the food did not disappoint. We had the cheese tray, a salad and lentil soup. It was surprisingly filling and SO good. Atmosphere was great too. I loved all of the details in the decor.

Really enjoyed this place! There’s outdoor and indoor seating, and variety of options on the menu, and pretty good service. Really liked the honey and goat cheese cold tapa and the bistec a la plancha hot tapa. Wasn’t a fan of the croquetas (weird texture for me). The calamari was good. The free bread was SO good lol. And, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I’d go back!

The food is very authentic. Definitely worth going. Tried several (a lot) tapas and all of them were delicious. Staff was great! They were always checking on us and brought food on time. Environment was also good. Would recommend 100%

We decided to pop in and grab a snack after a day on the town. This place is fantastic! We ate a few tapas, drank beer and wine, sat outside on their patio. The server was amazing and the service was top notch!! I absolutely love this place!

Awesome restaurant located in Georgetown, D.C. I had a great experience with the delicious food and the service was very good too. Our server Melvis gave my family the best service ever! He was very attentive and super friendly! Will definitely be back. A must go if you're in the D.C. area 😉

This is the second time I visited Bodegas and it was just as good as last time. Nice quiet atmosphere, kind waiter and good food. We especially liked the fried dates wrapped in bacon.

Dark setting with a warm atmosphere. Food is great, but heavy. This is not a light bites place. Small plates, but all quite heavy foods.

What an experience! The food was so fresh and delicious! Everything was amazing! Our server Melvis was spectacular! I could rave for days... if you like coffee, my sisters really loved the cafe con leche and had a couple lol I had espresso which was good as well. They have a pear salad that is phenomenal but everything we ordered was so good. I don't think you can go wrong here Tapas or paella... The ambiance is nice there's multiple bar areas inside as well as an outside seating option.
I plan on returning for a dinner experience 😋 😊
